直列混合器:In-line mixer



  • 水流流经管束时,在管道边壁的边界层作用下,产生一系列的小涡旋。当流速达到一定,这些涡旋脱离边壁,进入紊流核心并衰减,直至产生耗能涡旋而湮灭。在此过程中,在管束内形成准均匀各向同性紊流.

  • 水流流经管束后,产生与管径尺度相当的涡旋群,在其后的流动过程中,涡旋群衰减为准均匀各向同性紊流,进一步强化了颗粒碰撞,利于颗粒脱紊混合。

  • 同心圆管道同时有滤波的作用,即将来水管道的大波过滤成小波,强化了微涡旋的数量和均匀分布。

  • When the water flows through the tubes, under the tubes wall boundary layer effect, resulting in a series of small vortices. When the velocity reaches stable, these scroll detach from the side walls, into the turbulent core and decay until an energy vortex annihilation. In this process, the tube form a quasi-isotropic turbulence. After the water flows through the tubes, generating considerable scale vortex diameter base,  subsequently, vortex cluster decay prevail homogeneous isotropic turbulence, and further strengthen the particle collision, which will help de-tangled mixed particles. Concentric pipes simultaneously acts as a filter, turning the inlet water big wave into small wave, and strengthen the micro vortex number and uniform distribution.
